Motivated students to learn beyond the syllabus by involving them in learning about new equipment and they had done a term project in the Laboratory.
Motivated students to prepare individual term paper in their subject of study.
The class room teaching is proportioned with group discussions, web based education and seminars based on the significance of the teaching learning process.

Involved in the preparation of project proposals to various funding agencies applied from Civil Engineering department in the field of Environmental Engineering in CIT.
Instrumental for introduction of PG course in Environmental Engineering and Management in CIT.
In charge of the Public Health Engineering Laboratory in CIT from 1997- Till date.
Worked as programme officer for the NSS Scheme in CIT from 2003-2007.
Working off campus for the past three years to promote web education and e-governance and proposals have been submitted to various government agencies and international organisations to implement the same.
