DOCTORAL THESIS: I wish to become a teacher which is the reinforcing element in forming a society and is most wanted as a vital part in the recent times for, the ethics of an individual is completely lost leading to social disturbances. We could evidence a lot of intelligent and performing hands suppressed for lack of influence, and a lot of influential individuals are earning their degree simply without skills for their influence and authority. As the authority is ruling over the world which is a testing situation along with the shrinking of the globe, the feeling of WE is highly in need to be instilled without compromising the personal space. I made this attempt to present my doctoral thesis for the degree of DOCTOR OF SCIENCE,  which is basically the license to teach by its meaning with the focus on the education to be made as the right of an individual which should pave way its priority to skills that every professionally skilled people for their experience should move to earn a degree where a curriculum which is simplistic for evaluation and the restrictive and instructional mode must be relaxed to be uncomplicated for the betterment of an individual. Education can never be bought, it must be acquired. In this basis, I present my thesis for evaluation and expect the government of India to facilitate me getting the degree which can be practiced for UNESCO in the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development. As getting educated is the BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS of every individual and the true development of the world is based on the education of each and every single global citizen. When people accept change is inevitable, then why the system of education is being unchanged for 175 years? Early in the ancient period, education was nothing but the art of learning the family business as like hunting, agriculture, trading, etc. Then as days passed it evolved into philosophical education then into the current system of education from where it has not been evolved. Hence I wish to pursue my doctor of science degree as the law and the constitution of the country facilitates it.
